My medicals were already cleared in the 1st attempt itself . So it is a pass from the start of my 2nd application..

If calling and sending emails to VFS is not helping then i would recommend u to directly walk into a VFS office and sort this out.

I would do that personally if i were u.

via phone and email it is confirmed that my passport is with Delhi high commission. i am just curious about difference in working of the two vfs offices
