Hi All,
I am a refugee claimant in canada still waiting for my hearing. I wish to apply visitor visa for my spouse and my only kid from Pakistan.
What are the chances of getting visa?
Will it work if my wife apply for visitor visa on her behalf without my invitation letter?
Will it effect my refugee case in canada?
Pleas expert suggestion are required thanks

Unfortunately zero chance of your wife and child getting a TRV. You will have to apply for PR for your family if you are accepted as a protected person. Depending on when you arrived that could be around 4 years.

A positive opinion
Try. to work and stop any Ontario work you might living on..pay taxes and you Will bring them sooner than 1 year after your acceptance
Although you can meet them in india after your hearing ..you can get your travel document

Pretty much zero chance for them to get any type of temporary status in Canada. Due to your own situation, IRCC will just think they will claim refugee status also upon arriving. Doubtful you can convince them otherwise, but you can always try.

Most likely they can't come to Canada until you are approved as a refugee, and can sponsor them for PR.
