Hi Rinda, do u think its taking time than usual since we are second time applicants? Is it possible to chk wid ur attorney if u get a chance. Ppl who applied later got their visa so jus wondering wat might be the scenario.. thanks anyways

I called my attorney on Thursday and had a word. He said yes it can be the reason or because of background verification too. More over mine is a totally different case. In my 1st rejection most of the points were base less and is also a little different case. I did kinda fight back when applying for the 2nd time. On the contrary ur 1st rejection is just based on for IELTS. So cant compare.

If calling and sending emails to VFS is not helping then i would recommend u to directly walk into a VFS office and sort this out.

I would do that personally if i were u.
