CRS score of 440

Hello,

Today's draw ranking was 440 and i have the same score too. However i still haven't received an ITA and i submitted my application in January 2018.

The tie-break date and time for this latest invitation round was December 30, 2017, at 06:39:40 UTC. This means that all candidates with a CRS score above 440, as well as those candidates with scores of 440 who submitted their profile before this time, received an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in this invitation round.

does anyone have any advise on why i may not have received the ITA?

You have clearly stated that you submitted by Jan 2018 and the tie-break is Dec 2017. Then how are you expecting the ITA? You will get it in the next draw, hopefully.

Sometimes Low CRS score also receiving ITA's. For example - 50k people has score over 450. All won't receive ITA. Many things to be noticed like your education, work is how much in demand in Canada. If demand is fulfilled or almost done the person won't get ITA even if score is 450. ITA is not automatic generated. They review your profile deeply and then send ITA.

all candidates with score of 440 who submitted BEFORE the cut off date. you submitted After.

This is completely wrong. You will receive ITA if you are above the CRS score and submitted before the cut off time. They don’t review anything for the ITA. The process starts after the PR application. You are clearly misled.

Before is Nov, Oct 2017 etc. Jan 2018 is after Dec 2017.
