IBA (Pakistan) Degree for English proficiency of spouse

I have to apply for the citizenship, and need to prove English proficiency for the spouse too. If my understanding is correct, you need to do it even if you have a PR.

I read that you can also use a degree from an institution that teaches in English.

My question is - has anyone done that with IBA Pakistan with any success?

my friend used a 2 year diploma from an indian institution and they didn't return his application, so i think a degree is fine.

How did your friend prove that diploma was taught in English?
