Selecting between NOC job code 2175 and 5241

Im a Creative Director working for a .com and have experience in Digital design for +10 yrs, I am also a graphic designer and visualiser. I am confused in selecting the noc code as both 2175 and 5241 apply. I manage a team of designers and work on websites , mobile apps, design strategy and other print collaterals required for the company. so basically its online and offline advertisng, I have past experience in advertising agencies as well. Pls help?
