Hi all,

I applied for visit visa for my parents and myself on 9th of April from New Delhi.

Trip start date: 1st Aug, end date 30th Aug

On 18th May both my parents got the letter from CIC requesting for passport, however my visa was rejected stating that I am.not convenced that you will not leave canada.
Reasons:
Travel History
Purpose of visit

I and my mother applied as sub applicants of my father, under his CIC account. I only uploaded my employment letter apart from that nothing was asked in the CIC account for sub applicants.

We have been invited by my uncle for the wedding of his son. The trip is for 30 days. I really have to accompany with my parents but my visa got refused.

So on 21st May I have repplied independently, included everything this time, also a letter explaining details about my trip and assuring that I will return to india on 30th August.

Proof of relationship
NOC from my company for leaves
My bank statements
Wedding card and invitation letter from my uncle.
Details of my travel history, 2 trips to saudi Arabia in 2010 and 2015 respectively
1 business trip to Italy in 2016
1 UK business visa but without entry/exit because I couldn't travel due to some personal problems. I have left no stone unturned this time, uploaded everything.

NOTE: in my first attempt I forgot to mention about my saudi arabia trip from.2010, maybe this is the reason or maybe UK visa no stamps.??

Why my visa was rejected earlier? And what is the chance of getting the visa now after reapplying immediately? I am very tensed guys.

You cannot count the UK visa in your travel history because you haven't used it. Mentioning it will be of harm to you because not using your visa is viewed negatively. Only your Italy and Saudi visits count.

You need to have signed affidavits from your uncle about the purpose of your trip. Using wedding invitation cards and such is okay, but if you want to completely rule out purpose of trip I'd recommend getting those.

Anyways don't worry too much about rejection it is very common for young people who are from your country and Canada holds a very high bar for its entry to foreign nationals.

You're not a minor. You should not have applied as a dependent of your dad.

I only uploaded my employment letter apart from that nothing was asked in the CIC account for sub applicants.
Not surprising why you were refused.

You'll need to explain why it is necessary for you to travel with your parents.

As you have already reapplied, any advice from here won't help now.

Travel to KSA does not count as travel history.

Your UK visa doesn't help. It only establishes that you met the entry conditions to the UK. And, a general observation, the UK has recently been issuing visitor visas quite easily.

You had applied for a UK and Italy Schengen business visas which were granted on the strength of your employer's documents and not on your personal situation.

And what is the chance of getting the visa now after reapplying immediately? I am very tensed guys.
It's not a good idea to reapply immediately. If you addressed the previous refusal reason then it will help
