Acknowledged PR but not study permit refusal (by mistake) plz help!

Got letter from CIC why have you not acknowledge your study permit refusal.

How can I justify it was an honest miskake happened due to not understanding the nature of questions. I have mentioned all details related to my permenant resident/immigration refusals, which occured before and after study permit. Of course, concealing study permit would give me no benefit when everything can be easily traced.

Hence, it was unintentional.

Now, How can I justify this situation?

Plz help.

I think you quoted me here by mistake. That's not me. I am yet to submit my PR application and is just worried about answer to the statuary questions. Should I fill Yes to both the answers if I have study visa refused twice.
