What should I answer - Do you want to submit an application for a family member?

Hi,

I am filling online application for Tourist Visa for me and my family. First, I am filling my application and unable to give answer of following question, I did't under stand intent of question, whether it mean I am sponsoring to my family member? or I will submit(fill) the application for my family and it nothing related with sponsorship?? I am outside of Canada and just want to visit Canada as tourist.

Question is as given below:
Do you want to submit an application for a family member?

Please help me for this question so I can proceed.

Its not sponsoring, it's just if you want to apply for other family member, you being primary applicant.
Just advice: put all papers for each family member separately also, including bank stmnt even if its joint account.
