No Jan ppr from ottawa this week. Historically speaking it looks like December 2017 was the worst in terms of timeline and after that its jan 2018. Feb and march applications are processed way too fast compared to the previous months relatively.

So anyhow I would have ended up either on the worst or the second worst .... great

Guys ,i got my PR 2 days back. So in total took me 3.5 months after AOR on 21 Jan. All the best to everyone waiting.

my application showed "Updated" today (24th of may)
the only difference that I noticed is the background check
it went from:
Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.
to:
We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
I don't know what this means but hey, it's an update of some kind, been very long months without any updates.

I think you are right, i thought i was already IP2, but turns out I misunderstood something before, either way, I am taking this as a small win to keep me sane for the upcoming weeks.

yes it is IP2, also it could mean PPR within a couple a days if not today later on towards the evening EST hours. best of luck!

Hi Guys
Anyone from the Feb 27 IP2 bandwagon still awaiting PPR?

My AOR is Jan 16 and passed medicals on Feb 2nd.
I've been in "We're processing your background check.." (supposed IP2) for almost 3 months now. I had received a couple of ADRs, the last one on Mar 7th that I had responded to in a couple of days.
I'm losing patience now since there's been absolutely no change since Mar 7th.. no ADRs or ghost updates. Anyone else in the same boat?
