Requested to pay right of Permanent residence fee and upload documents which I have already done

I have submitted my Permanent residency application online. I have uploaded all required documents and I have also paid the PR fees. i received a message from CIC asking to pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee and to upload all requested documents.

The message says:

Failure to submit them within that time period could result in the refusal of your application. Please quote our complete file number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the High Commission at the address indicated below.

Please let me know what I must do. Since I have already completed these steps.

I paid the fees at the time of submitting the PR application online. That is all.

I paid $550 at the time of submitting the PR application. So I must pay this other RPRF fees as well now?

Yes, you have to pay the RPRF amount and upload the payment receipt you get after paying. You should be expecting your PPR soon.

Thanks for the replies. Can someone please tell me how do I go about paying the RPRF amount?

I also have the below message the RPRF RQST Letter.

All requested documents must be submitted via the upload portals within your MyCIC account. Failure to submit them within that time period could result in the refusal of your application. PLEASE RETURN THIS FORM WITH THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS.

What does this mean? Is it sufficient if I upload the RPRF payment receipt or is there anything else that I need to submit?
(I have already uploaded all requested documents in the portal.)

My husband and I had a similar situation. We paid our RPRF fee on Mar 21, 2018. We received our PPR on Apr 23. In between, we did get an ADR request on Apr 18, 2018.
