Query regarding sibling points

Hello!
My sister is currently applying for PR via Express entry. She is living in BC on work permit, currently.
After she receives her PR, when can I claim the extra 15 points immediately?
OR
Do I have to wait 1 year after she receives PR, before claiming the 15 points ?

Once she gets her PR status, then you can claim immediately. There is no wait period. But you have claim after she has landed, not after her application is approved.

If My Wife's brother is in Canada and my brother also is there on PR then how many points can we claim? 30 or 15 only?
