Hello,

I got letter from CIC today, 21 June 2017 that "it has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent residence of the spouse of common-law partner in Canada class. Please note that a final decision will not be made until all remaining requirements for becoming a permanent resident have been met."

From today, any idea when will a final decision be made?

We submitted all criminal documents together with the application that CIC received on July 2016
Spouse got her Open Work Permit since last year October 2016
CIC account says that she passed medical exam, Interview waived (not required for now) and no additional documents required

Thanks for the info/help.

Hello. We called CIC to verify if there were missing documents that they needed. Best that you do the same. Good luck!

I received the same letter today and I am within the same timeline. Wondering if this is the normal timeline process and hoping the next message I received from CIC will be my interview date and time. Can someone help to confirm this for me?
