Pl share your visa stamping timeline. I have submitted on 18 may at VFS Jalandhar. Tickets are booked for June 5. Feeling nervous. Will I get my passport back before June 5? Any info?

I submitted passport today at delhi office. Will update you when I will receive back. 16 calendar days are enough to receive it back ..don't worry.

I am waiting for my PPR. I applied online and my file went to Delhi for assessment. I want to submit my passport to Jalandhar once I get PPR. Does the passport then go to Chandighar or Delhi for stamping and how long will it take?

Most probably to Chandigarh. But, whether CHD or NDVO, it won't make a difference to your visa stamping

It's very confusing. The SMS I received from VFS says passport received at visa application centre Chandigarh. But when I check the status on VFS website it says passport is being processed at New Delhi visa office.

Did you submit your passport to the VFS/VAC in Chandigarh? If you did it doesn't make sense that it was sent out from CHD to NDVO for visa stamping.

But, then it doesn't matter which VO stamps the shiny new visa

I have submitted the passport at VFS Jalandhar, so that's why I was bit confused. Rest as you said whoever's stamp visa doesn't make any difference.

Hello guys, in my parent's application status says medical passed on May 14th. My parent's passport is with immigration in Bangalore currently.

Do you guys know how long it will take to get passport back?
(M getting nervous now as I did book flight on for May 30th) please advise

Just checked the status on VFS website. Processed passport being sent to vfs office.
Submitted passport at VFS Jalandhar on 18 May
Passport received at Canada Embassy New Delhi on 21-May
29 May status changed on VFS website.
Will get passport tomorrow.

Submitted my in-laws passports to VFS Kolkata on May 16th.. Tracking status changed to "Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office NEW DELHI, on 29/05/2018 to the Canada Visa Application Centre".. Opted for pick up at VFS..should have passport in hand in the next few days.

I submitted my passport for Visa Stamping on 23rd May, 2018 at VFS, New Delhi. As on date , 06-Jun-18 my status is " Visa application is being processed at the Canada Visa Office , New Delhi."

When can I except the call to collect my passport.

My ticket is booked 4th October 2019

Any idea how to expedite ?
