Hello all, thank you for any feedback. I just returned from holidays to find this letter. I am working on the Entry/Exit Record (USA) portion. Would this be done through a request to FOIA? I have about 40 days to get this all sent in. Any information and tips would be appreciated!

I just replied on the other forum:

FOIA requests can take about 30-60 days. It's done online and you receive notices via email.
Tip: when you make the request, you need to attach pictures of the bio pages of your passports to avoid delays.

Thank you for the fast response. I typed in CBP for the agency on the FOIA website and clicked the link to make a request. Its only letting me click continue as guest..this message is on the top of the page:

Coming soon: FOIAonline 3.0 will soon replace the current system providing users with additional features and improved performance. Migration of FOIAonline data is in progress and the creation of new user accounts is disabled at this time.

So assuming this will be a problem for me?

did you get everything and sent it to them ? any feedback from them ?
I submitted the request for the Exit/Entry report-and it was estimated to be complete by July 11. I submitted all of my paperwork on June 28th without the report and just got notification that I can take the citizenship exam in 2 weeks.

Thanks! I completed and mailed my original application on March 22. The date on the quality assurance exercise was sent out was April 30th. I didn’t submit the entry exit report until May 24th. I mailed the application back June 28th, and received the email regarding the test today.
