Hi there,
I am seeking for your kind assistance please as I got refused by the CIC for a study permit visa.
Here you are the VO refusal points:
* purpose of visit.
* employment prospects in country of residence.
* current employment situation.
* Other reasons: I am not satisfied that the proposed studies are reasonable and that your primary purpose would be to actively pursue the intended program as required under R220.1. I am also not satisfied that you are a bonafide student who would exit Canada at the
I am Egyptian, 37, married with 4 kids and working in Dubai.
I believe one the reasons is the program I have applied for. It is a 2 years business administration diploma -at post secondary college, not post graduate.
I'm planning to apply for MBA to make it more reasonable.
What do you think please and how can I work on these points?
Kindly help with your experience with such situation.

I don't think you submitted a complete documents, in addition to your course be unreasonable to your general program, you didn't submit a letter of employment or a study leave letter as well as a payslip nor an employment letter of introduction which points to the "Current employment situation"

your purpose of visit could mean many things which could be a weak SOP, course irrelevancy or mismatch, future plans etc

As for the employment prospect in country of residence, you didn't show enough proof of how established you were or prove a convincing point of how your prospect Canadian degree would improve or increase your chances of getting a job despite if not been surplus and competitive etc

its advisable to request for your gcms notes before you reapply, there you can get a more "accurate" detailed reasons for your refusal

yes, that only proves weak family ties. If everybody is going with you then you dont have the motivation to leave canada and go back.

MBA is a good option.
