It's very hard to just calm down considering it's been the same since months. My concern is that they'll ask for additional documents possibly pfl and interview. If this is taking that long I wonder how long all the other stuff will take. It isn't a matter of just waiting with a cool head knowing everything's ok but it's about it potentially getting refused or others problems. Eligibility should be the first thing done not wait to the very end to pick on stupid things finding reasons for rejection

yes i totally Agree! Mine already done 10 months time and moving towards 11 months. few days before NXR responded waiting for FULL Review. since Feb 2018. According to trend for 2nd marriage/divorce cases/age gap most lilkely interview but file even not touched yet. When it will be touched.when they decided what needed...more additional docs..more clarifications...interview? when? and after the interview who knows what happen?
MPs are useless and waste of time contacting.... really disappointment my MP office and the person i talk with. He is so rude and don't even give me chance to talk.. he just want to talk and talk and at the end wants to end the call and try to convince me whatever happening with my case i deserve to be treated like this...!!

oct 2017 applicant. got GCMS notes today, nothing special. nothing started. in notes from december it just mentions they "rcved fee and that they requested medical, sponsor is canadian citizen, when sponsor landed, when the wedding happened and that sponsor submitted proof of relationship marriage cert, cnic, copy of nikka nama with registry seal, nadra marriage cert and photos showing nikka nama signing, and says case held as per cpcm back office pilot. (i think this backoffice thing is for when they were checking me as sponsor before transfer to lvo)

my take of this is that they look for nikanama signing photos upclose, so that is important for everyone to send to them and they look for the seals/stamps on the nikkah nama.

nothing has been done at LVO, i believe above notes were from CPC-M. last update i see was when i sent them documents in April of applicant name change.

police certificate age ke hisab se to nai banta. wo banta hai k abhi tak ye clear hai record me. unko police certificate chahiye for each city you lived 18 age ke baad and 6 months se zada ke time ke liay rahay wahan per. for example if you lived in Lahore for more than 6 months, they want police certificate from lahore, if you lived in Karachi for more than 6 months, they want police certificate from there.

aap k police certificate ko aik saal se zada hogia issue huay, to unko new chahiye

sorry @salmanmahmood mene aik mistake kerdi, police certificate country ka chahiye, not city. agar app kisi country me rahay hain 6 months se zada to wahan ka police certificate chahiye. lahore ya karachi ka nai. unhonay guide me and checklist me country likha hai, city nahin.

Are you a second marriage case as well? And do you have significant age difference with your spouse? Almost 11 months and no response. This is stupid. Canada really need to get their act together when it comes to spouse sponsorship. Please let me know about teh above questions because I might be in the same boat. And this boat seems rocky.

I am an oct 2017 applicant too. Planing on ordering notes now. Can you be kind enough and help me with the process.

forget LVO and don't go after your original NADRA marriage certiificate. Try to get one from your relevant UC council. Tell UC you lost ur first certificate. They will issue you Insha Allah!

Yara I had to bribe 13k pkr to a UC guy to get certificate first time.So I’d ask LVO for original once case is done. Otherwise I have the scanned/photocopies of certificate with me and would learn to live rest of my life with them lol

Come on man...its a prestige club! LVO treats us VIP. They are very gentle with us. They don't rush into anything. They take their sweat time when dealing with our applications.

Luckily, I have not had any anxiety attacks yet as I applied recently (Feb 2018). My timeline is in the tracking sheet.
