I am in the on-going processing family class sponsorship . After linking my account online , IRCC sent email for Sechedule A ant not requesting from my ONLINE ACCOUNT . I send sechedule A . Now , I don't see Upload Butoon on my Online account . Do you guys have this Upload button so I can send all requested there and it will be faster of course . I sent technician email with screen shots about this problem but no Answer ? Can anyone give me any advice please??((

Please clarify.......did your upload button disappear after uploading Schedule A OR you could not upload Schedule A because there was no upload button.

I sent schedule A via email to IRCC because there is no upload button
Assuming..........You have created your Online Account (GCKey)........and You have successfully linked your Spousal Sponsorship Application to your Online Account.

After successful Login..........Follow these steps to upload Schedule A document;
  • Sign in to your account
  • Look for your application under View my submitted applications or profiles
  • Under the Action column click Check status and messages
  • At the bottom of the page click View submitted application
  • Under Supporting Documents you can find:
    • Document Name: the document we need
    • Instructions: more information on the type of document and how to get it
    • Required by: the latest date by when we need to receive the document
  • Click Upload file to attach your file
  • Make sure the Details column shows the message Uploaded – Not submitted to IRCC
  • Click Next
  • Review & Validate the information
  • Sign by entering your first name and last name
  • Click Submit
IRCC has asked me for a new document. How do I submit it?

I don’t see the option to upload documents in my account, even though IRCC has asked for it. What do I do?

Note: There may be a few days delay between when you receive the message and have the upload button show.
