Please Help me revise documents for PR

Please help me review the content of the following docs:

1. Education (degree, transcripts, WES and IELTS).
2. POE (Letter by supervisor, offer letter, business card of supervisor) anything else to add?
3. POF (bank statement principal applicant, bank statement spouse, proof of access to funds of apouse). Anything else?

Is the business card of supervisor really required? My supervisor signed my reference letter and in his signatory contains his position, e-mail, and contact number. He was not able to give me his business card as he does not have one. Does that mean I should have to create one with his details on it?

Also, is there any document that should be notarized? If so, is it okay if I have them notarized ahead, prior to receiving ITA?
