I want to confirm that IQAS required HEC Attestation from Pakistan Yes or No?

Because I have already sealed envelope from University and now i

Sent docs in early November & received ECA by end of February. That too was quite fast because we sent multiple reminders to them.

Oh God! that is quite a long time. That means its better for me to opt for WES because they respond quickly :-/ The issue is that the documentation WES needs is quite complicated process for me, to gather all that documents might take a month for me.

Anyway, how long is this ECA valid for ? is it mentioned in your report?
