Want to apply for Express entry but need 15-20days more to complete 1year canadian worl experience

Hi,

I have work permit till April 2019.I want to apply for express entry visa.But I got a skilled job 15 days later of getting my work permit approved (It's for 1year).So, what should I do in this case? I read many cases but as usual it is very confusing. Can I apply for extension of my work permit like during January of February 2019 to continue my full time work and enter into the pool? Just for knowledge It is not possible to get LMIA from my current employer.

One more thing,I and my employer meets all the requirements for OINP except my employer does not have 1 million gross revenue.Is their any solution in this situation?

Well i'm going to have to make assumptions here as that is half of the answer I needed.

1 - Assuming that's a PGWP you cannot extend it.
2 - You won't be able to complete a year of full-time work experience so you'll have to decide whether you want to apply knowing you don't meet the MEC (minimum entry criteria) or not. I cannot make any suggestions regarding this.
