Could you please review my chances?

Hi people.
this is gonna be my first ever and i am just wondering about how eligible i am. Plus, i got some general questions.
I am 28, single.
got a master's degree in professional accounting from Australia. I think i will need to have my credentials assessed by a canadian organization, right?
Ielts, S:7, R:9, W:7 and L:8
Work experience: 3 years of work experience as purchase and procurement officer in two different workplaces. in a 3 years of time span, though. didnt have a break between these two jobs.

I checked my score and it is 475 at this point. what i wonder is if i work, say as an accountant 1 more year, Can i make it counted as well? or do they only take into account one type of occupation?

you can claim all youre occupation provided noc matches youre detailed experience letter.In you're case you have 3 years on one noc and would recommend going with that and then add the additional 1 year noc
