Hi Clarify:
1. Do I need proofs of all the addresses that I have lived at?
2. Do I need the documentation - Sal slips etc. - for all the places that I have worked (even though I had not showed them in the initial profile to get points).
3. Does the stay dates at each address have to be accurate... i am get the month... day is particularly difficult..

3. Does the stay dates at each address have to be accurate... i am get the month... day is particularly difficult.. - Yes. I used certain utility bills, old photos & rent deeds etc to make it accurate.

At the time of submission you don't need any proofs, but CIC may request whatever they want. Never heard that they request address proof before tho.

Regarding the dates, you should try your best to remember, there is also an additional field, the address details or something where you can write that you don't remember the exact dates. I used this field to indicate that I didn't remember the apartment numbers.

You don't need to proved the proofs of work experience you don't get points for, as long as they are in personal history section
