Hello

i applied for express entry but have not got ITA yet as short of some CRS , so my question here is:

when i applied for federal skiller worker category under EE (express entry) i was unmarried , but now i am and my husband is a permanent resident of canada already and his sibling(brother) is also a permanent resident of canada . so , if i update in my file i am married and spouse have a sibling in canada who is PR , shall i get extra 15 points ?
please help me with this i approached two consultants and have different views about it.

Yes you can get points from your husband's brother. You can also get points from your husband's work experience gotten in canada.

thanku for information , but my question is that my husband is already PR in canada , so is his brother ( sibling) . if i update in my file that i am married and spouse has brother ( sibling ) in canada shall i get points then ..... will cic consider it and shall i get his eductaion points if he studied abroad ( not in canada)

You cannot get points from your husband and IRCC states you can get sibling points from your spouse's sibling if your spouse is coming with you to Canada.
