It doesn't make any difference...just checking serial no. to know whether files are processed in series or randomly

Hi,
I had applied for my Study Permit on 29th March, 2018 and the VISA office location is Bangalore.

It has been almost 5 weeks now since the day I filed for it.

When can I expect my VISA? The current processing time for study permit stands on 6 weeks as of now (which was 5 weeks previously).
