Hi dear Sir,
Hope you fine , Sir I have heart problem also I did heart surgery at Pakistan but still I am not well than I have gone to turkey for my treatment but unfortunately they didnt
So now me and my family decided to go to Canada for my treatment so please kindly will you guide me how I can get the visa ?
And I have all the documents according to my heart surgery so I am waiting for your response kindly guide me.

Medical expenses would be very high for you over here as an immigrant. Do you want to come over here to study, work, permanent residence? A bit more info is required. You cannot simply move and get free healthcare.

Just want to correct something. You have health coverage as an immigrant but you sound like a visitor so you would have to pay for your treatment.

Yes that's what I meant when I said immigrant. Maybe a bit confusing for the OP.

Dear Sir I am ready to spend my own money for my treatment cause money is not important to me my good healt is important so dear Sir kindly guide me what should I do ? Should I make an appointment with hospital or something else ?

You say money is not important but if you want to come here with a trv it will cost you an absolute fortune. You would be cheaper trying to get medical help elsewhere

Have you looked in countries like Malaysia, Singapore, India or Taiwan with a private medical system. Treatment in Canada would likely be very expensive and you can't take a spot from a Canadian so you could be refused.
