Hello Friends,

After receiving my ITA ( my husband is secondary applicant), we have done our final submission and waiting for our COPR which takes around 3-6 months. We are residents of India. Now, I have moved for an year to Paris for my husband's work assignment. So here are my questions:
1) Do we need to mention this somewhere in my express entry profile about this move to another country.
2) Also, when we receive our COPR, can we go to Canadian embassy here itself in Paris for visa stamping or will it be some VFS office in Paris or is that not possible at all and can be done only from India?

Thanks in advance.

You get COPR when you send the passport to the embassy. The email requesting the passport is called PPR.

Once you get the PPR, you can ask them to change your VO to Paris for stamping.

Thanks for correcting me.. So I need not do anything before receiving my PPR like no intimation to canada officials about my move to Paris. I should request them to change my VO ( is it visa office?) to Paris post my PPR. Thats it?

If you want to update your address with them, you can raise a CSE using the webform.
