Institution with no official envelope ECA

Hello everyone,

I am in the middle of my credentials assessment and I was required to send a transcript from my lycée, I have my transcript with the stamp on the back flap as required, but the problem is that my institution does not have an official envelope, which means my envelope does not contain the logo, address nor the name of the institution.

I still have the envelope, but what should I do in this case?

The university needs to stamp and sign the envelope seal..

You mean the flap that closes the envelope?.. If that is the case then that is fine ...

Yes, I mean that, but the problem is that the envelope is blank, there is no mention of the institution address, nor the name, is it mandatory ?

Hi, It shouldn't be an issue I did the same and got my credentials assessed by WEs correctly.

Thanks for the answer, so even though there is no mention of the name or address they can accept it ? but how can they report back to the institution in case of need ?

Well, I can't tell you for sure but I guess because they know that many universities don't provide such envelopes and also because they have built a system based on all the previous files they have processed. so they know how each university provides the credentials.
I told you it's not a problem because I and couple of my friends did the same and it didn't cause any problem.
BTW I'm from morocco Too.
