I was filling the visa application for a study permit where I came across the following:
4) The cost of the study will be:
*Tuition
Room and board
Other
5) *Funds available for my stay
I will be going for a PhD program and the tuition will be paid by the university. I was wondering what should I fill in the above? is the cost of the study per year or for the whole duration? Also, is the Funds available for my stay is per year or for the whole duration? what should I fill in these spaces for my case.

It's for the entire program. You may have received the above information in the letter that was issued by the university.

The tuition is given for the entire program and the living yearly expenses were given in the letter.
So for the tuition I should put the whole amount
for others I should multiply the yearly expenses given in the letter by the program duration?
How about the "Funds available for my stay"? The university will pay some amount and the faculty supervisor will pay an amount on yearly basis. What should I do in this case?

Studied B.Ed Social studies
3 years teaching experience
Am looking at applying for sept 2019 Masters in Education but due to my low gpa will opt in PGC.or probably Diploma.
Applied to university of Saskatchewan for sept 18 but refused.
Was advised to apply to more colleges than universities at least 10 application .
Want to apply to 7 college and 3 universities.
Please any chances will get an offer after all this applications.
Please any kind advise is welcomed.

go for colleges and pg diploma. You will be spending a lot of money on just applying to so many colleges and universities. Do some research and just google for colleges. I will ask my friends who are already here and had low gpa. where are you applying from?

10th- 95%
12th- 94.2%
B.Tech (Till 6th sem) - 79.1% or 7.91 cgpa
Moreover, I have two internships under my belt and I have written 2 research papers.
What are my chances of making it into the University of Manitoba?
Are there other universities which can accept my profile?
