I am on work permit in canada. I want to sponsor my wife and child on spouse open work permit. How much money it should need in my account? How much time it need to me to do job before applying? How many payrolls needed? What are the documents needed from my side and my wife side from India?

You can only sponsor someone as a permanent resident or a citizen.

You cannot sponsor anyone unless you are a Canadian Permanent Resident or Citizen, which you are not.

Your wife can attempt to qualify on her own through an economic stream like express entry. She would need to qualify independently. You may be better off in the economic stream forums.

If your wife wants to apply to independently qualify you should look on the forums dedicated to economic streams. This forum is for family sponsorship only which is not what you're looking for.
