If so, is it okay to show a letter from any company or should it be from my current company itself? The current organization where I work won't provide one for such purposes. So will it be fine if I just give a letter from any one company mentioning that I work for them ? Do the visa offices call or check with the company anyway ?

I would suggest get it from your current company. If you can't then let it be. Don't jeopardize your situation by providing for any other company...if they check, you can get barred from applying. If your current company cannot provide letter, see if you can get a mail from your manager saying you have been granted leave for certain days or you work in full time capacity etc. If that is not possible, then let it be.

We received permanent residency app on December 2017

We send correspondence......22 feb 2018

We send correspondence .....12 april 2018

And what about the eligibility check? Did you get Aor2?
