JNTU Hyderabad- transcripts to WES

Hi All,
I have used jntu online service for transcripts. I got them in an envelope and there's no seal nor the signature on the back flap.
Can someone suggest me if that is ok for sending it to WES.
Any response is greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have sent the same packet received from JNTU along with WES reference letter in another envelope to WES. My education evaluation is completed, received email.

Thank you so much m,can you tell me did you go to JNTU to get the WES reference letter stamped and put it another envelope ?? So I assume WES is OK with the seal not being there back ??

Can any one update that if we apply by online to JNTU-H, do they send the transcript over flab seal and signed.

Hi,
I have received my transcripts on June 17, 2019 at JNTU-H when i went to India on vacation.
Can i mail these transcripts back to my friend in Hyd, so that he can fill out CN23 form and send it over to WES.
Will the issue date that states June 17, 2019 on transcripts not matching with the mailing date(probably July 30) be a problem?
The reason for not being able to apply for new set of transcripts is university itself missed 2 of my mark sheets and it is a tedious process to go over again which i went through to get transcripts last month.
Appreciate your response on this please! Thanks!
