I wanted to try it but then thought what's the point. They're already aware of the issues so highly unlikely that they'll press the delete button swiftly.Has anyone tried using the complaint/feedback form on the IRCC website?

What page no is it on? I didn't see any due dates related to medicalDoes anyone know the difference between the medical exam validity date and due date? My validity date shows 2018/04/05 and due date shows 2018/08/04 in my GCMS notes
I do not think the date has any significance. From my notes its a date the visa officer sets for the next review.Does anyone know the difference between the medical exam validity date and due date? My validity date shows 2018/04/05 and due date shows 2018/08/04 in my GCMS notes
All bodies involved in this process are aware of this situation - its a harsh reality but we are just figures to them. In my view they have their reasons (valid or not) why they delay some applications and unfortunately there is not much we can do as applicants.Has anyone tried using the complaint/feedback form on the IRCC website?
Spot on mate. And that's why I can't be bothered to raise any complaints etc. However, I'm going to send an email to the PM's office highlighting the situation and the current trend at the LVO which is appaling and unacceptableAll bodies involved in this process are aware of this situation - its a harsh reality but we are just figures to them. I ve seen you could hire a lawyer to file a mandamus writ, like u ll be taking IRCC to court- but i do think this would be a good idea because first of all, it will be an expensive and also lengthy affair and secondly that might not go well with IRCC irregadless of what the law says.
Unfortunately, time is a factor and this delay is counter productive as it is only resulting to frustrations/stress that may lower motivation and hence the productivity of immigrarants.
That’s terrible,Where is your file being processed?Hey guys,
I spoke to IRCC over the phone today and The news looks pretty bleak in terms of timing. I was told that my application doesn't seems to look like will be finalised anytime soon. And she reckoned that it'll most likely be late summer or early autumn when I can expect the final decision by. Although she said everything was as normal with my application as expected but she can't review any specifics as my file isn't processed in Canada. She also couldn't tell if it was sent for SS or not as she couldn't access that either.
I'm so freaking appalled and gutted that I can't even explain.
I have a similar respose from my local VO but without the timeline. Actually they just mention it is unfortunate that they are not able to give a timeline. What they only enphasis on is that according to the immigration act applications have to be sceened for eligibility, criminality, health, security. Long story short is my file is somewhere "collecting dust" with CBSA/CSIS - lol! its not like they have assigned a "Canadian James Bond" to Investigate me. I rekon its just a search on some database thats required - 15 min max. But perphas the bureaucracy and other reasons.Hey guys,

What the hell, I'm absolutely infuriated. Why don't they start doing the screening earlier in the process instead of waiting 8-10 months to start it. They let the files gather dust for months and months and then send them off for security screening whilst they process the later date files. Sorry to say probably she could be right on the guesstimate on the timeline. I came across a spreadsheet that has given me a worse time estimate based on other cases i.e 15 Dec 2018 . Its already 227 days without any progress.
Well i hope it happens sooner and it doesnt extend that long for all of us.
Being HOPEFUL and PATIENT is all we can do. Lets hope we get to hear a positive feedback from the PM office.
I understand u but dont let the delay to frustrate u or take away your peace. What the hell, I'm absolutely infuriated. Thanks mate, I know what you mean. I can make a peace with the situation that has it's merit. But the way LVO are treating us is beyond disgusting.I understand u but dont let the delay to frustrate u or take away your peace.
Yeah bro you're spot on. To be fair I've been pretty depressed since I spoke to IRCC today but then I decided what the hell, I'm gonna completely forget about it and keep myself occupied with other bits and bobs. I was also thinking of applying for the cbsa notes but then decided against it because what's the point. They'll do things in their own sweet time and me ordering notes will only stress me out so sod it.@Reykhan @Mtunguyas
I can feel you both. I was under severe mentsl stress because of this application during december, january period. Since my medicals have expired in february, i have told myself that this is something beyond my capacity, so no need to think and think about it and get depressed. Everything happens for good. Let the best time come...
And seriously, those who have got PPR and have reached Canada do not have many good stories to tell. One of my friend has been there for 5 months now, with no luck with job except odd jobs...and the funds are running out. She told that many skilled people are driving taxis there. I am very afraid of this. Even being a Canadian PR sounds very sweet, it comes with severe challenges. So lets buckle yourself and let the good time come. May this be better for all of us on every aspect.
