ECA required for Wife ?

I am primary applicant.I have completed my ECA but my wife's ECA is still pending.So it necessary to complete my wife's ECA before submitting express entry profile ??

If you dont want to claim points for spouse education, then no.

It's not mandatory. If you have a good score and you're not depending on spouse's eca to increase your score then it's ok to not do it.
