What is the most certain way to apply for TRV and be accepted

Hi i am Canadian and my life partner is Filipina
We met 2 years ago and have been living together when Country Visa permits
I work mostly in China on contracts
I get some time off to travel so we've been to Philippines Singapore Thailand
I own an Hostel in New Brunswick and I take care of it
It is open during summer and fall
So last summer we applied for her to join and help me
But she was denied a TRV to Canada
We do not want the same thing to happen again
It broke her heart and mine
She does not want to immigrate to Canada at this moment anyway
Just want to be there with me when I'm there and we both leave when I go back to work in China
We are far from rich
Any help appreciated

Apart from good documents and lot of prayers nothing much can be done. i have many cases where unemployed singles with sub par funds get visa in first attempt and other side many with cutting edge documentation get refused.
My uncle got refusal in just 10 days, applied online on 1st may 2018 and refused 11th may. He was one with cutting edge documents.
Finally it comes to Good documents with good cover letter and lot of prayers is must have, then chances are 90% for approval.

Hi,

Unfortunately, there's no way of ensuring a TRV will be granted. You can only minimize the risks, and bridge the gaps in the application.

First thoughts: She was probably refused if she mentioned:
1. She wanted to help you to take care of the hostel last summer = Working illegally on a TRV

2. She is in a relationship with you = Likely to overstay her visit.


a. Do post the list of documents she had submitted?
b. TRV refusal reasons
