Should I start another part time job on weekends along with this 6 week full time weekdays job or wait until finish this 6 week full-time job?You can count a maximum of 30 hours per week for the first 6 weeks and then 22.5 hours per week thereafter. Once this totals 1560 hours you have your 52week equivalent. Looks like you would need 66 to 67 weeks of work. It may be advisable to submit payslips as proof of hours.

If they only ready to write letter showing my part time job and ignore to write this 6 week full-time hours on letter, then what are the options to claim and show proof?30 hours per week counts as a full time week so you would not gain any extra work experience during the 6 weeks by having another job. If you need the money or you need to start the job during the 6 weeks then go ahead but the main benefit will be when you are not working full time at 45 hours every 2 weeks. Bear in mind that you will need a letter from each employer for your application support paperwork.

Now this owner changed name of Dental office from xxxx to yyyy, means changed everything including email and website ( under construction ). If I get my reference letter under a xxxx office letterhead then it has only xxxx office name and contact information, no email and website which belongs to xxxx information. If visa officer wanna check this xxxx dental office authentication, they won't find anything and making them suspecious. What is best way to tackle this problem? You can also include your explanation of the hours of work undertaken. Most people work a little over the 12month minimum requirement in order to give a buffer. I had the equivalent of about 55weeks experience at the time I received my ITA. HTH

ThanksHad a similar problem with a change of name and promotional style with one employer, and another apparent discrepancy between an employer name and paystubs issued by the employers parent company. In both cases I added a section in my LOE (letter of explanation) which you can upload in your application. IRCC did not ask for additional information regarding these issues. If you feel the change of ownership is more of an issue ask your employer to add an explanation to the reference letter or issue a side letter explaining the change of ownership and promotional style.
