I am please trying to find out about how Canada immigration deals with people who travel to canada with fake visas trying to avoid prosecution or capital punishment in their own country.
May I know what processes they go through after that have arrived at the borders of Canada?

People with fake visas / passports are generally detained at the airport and then sent back home on the first available flight.

If you are under criminal investigation, you can expect to be returned to your home country. A refugee claim can’t be used to avoid valid prosecution in your home country.
