Global Talent Stream : Medical exam required?

Hello immigration experts,

I am Indian national living in US for last ~4 years. I've visited India only for ~1-2 month for vacations during that time period. Do I need medical exam for global talent stream?

Above guide says, that I would need it only if I have lived in India for 6+ months in one year immediately before entering Canada. Am I correct in understanding that, because I have not visited India for 6+ months in the last year, I do not need to get medical exam (even though I have lived there 6+ months consecutively 4 years ago)?

Hi there, how is your case going? did you provide medical exam at last? are you in Canada now through this program? same here I have a friend who is an Indian applied from USA. Appreciate if you can share your experience. Thank you!
