There's no way of knowing until you get your passport. If you opted for your passport to be couriered to your mailing address then you will get it in a day or two

Only Travel history as reason for refusal seems strange. It seems they were just looking for excuse to refuse

Applied online for TRV visitor visa for both parents on april 25th.. got passport request today in myCIC account (10May) and status showing approved online both have good travel history, strong financial support, invitation from moms cousin in canada... plus strong ties to home country (business, property, family and children living in home country)..
