Can i use ECA Course by course for IRCC?

I applied for ECA Course by course for my study visa 2 years back. Now I am applying for Permanent Residence, can I re use the report for IRCC?
As I checked, there is an option to order duplicate report and ircc can be the recipient for that. Course by course is equivalency plus canadian grades etc. , so no harm for using it in ee profile right?

You can just call and ask CIC. I don't know anyone submitting the course by course ECA, but think it can be done.
