There's a currency conversion mistake for your income. It is not CAD 225,000. That's why the refusal reason for the income.
IMO, you were probably refused for these reasons:
1. Purpose of visit: To accompany your dad.
There are direct, non-stop flights to Toronto + as an adult, your dad can travel on his own. That's why it is unnecessary for your family (yourself + wife + child/children) to accompany your dad.
2. As your entire family had applied together, your family ties to India were weak. This is why you were refused for 'Family ties'. If you decide to reapply, I would suggest you should apply alone or else only with your wife. Do not apply for your children.
3. Aside of your ITR, you would need to prove you have at least CAD 1,000 per person per week of visit + airfare.... without borrowing from anyone, without depending on your Canadian relatives
4. You would also need to prove you have other strong ties to India: Your employment + property/land ownership or a lease agreement + family ties + good financials, etc
Want to describe my situation:
I am a Bangladeshi citizen.I was a landed immigrant in Canada in 2010 to 2015. during this time I occasionally visited Canada. Upon expiry of my PR Card I applied for Travel document but they refused on the ground of Residency Requirement. I appealed but appeal was not allowed.During the appeal period I visited Canada with expired PR card and returned back after short stay to attend my son's university move in.
Appeal hearing held on 20 Nov 2017 over phone and rejected. My wife and child is Canadian citizen. My wife live with me since 2014 upon getting her Canadian passport. Son got admission to a Canadian University and doing his undergrad there. But he is also now on summer holiday and in Bangladesh.
Can I apply for TRV? Will there any chance to reject it? I have following points:
·
Confirmation that I will leave Canada at the end of your stay
1. I have enough ties at Bangladesh. I have a well paid job. I am an Executive Vice President a renowned Bank in Dhaka, Bangladesh. I am working here since 2006. I still have 6 more years (Retirement age is 59 years) to retire.
2. Though I was a Permanent Resident (Now I am no more a PR of Canada) at Canada in 2010 I did not stay there for long and I never gave up my job in Bangladesh. Whenever I visited I always came back to join my job. Lastly I visited Canada on
August 2017 to attend the ‘move in’ of my son at ...............University at Ottawa and came back after short stay.
3. I have fixed assets (property) valuing Taka 3.50 crore, earning sources, and long stable career at Bangladesh as a Banker to pursue. So I will return Back to Bangladesh after my short stay with my son there.
·
Enough money to maintain myself and my family members in Canada and to return home
1. I have a well paid (approx CAD 88000 per annum) job. I earn more than I need to maintain my family. I have enough money in the form of Fixed Deposit (around CAD 44000) and other savings/Investment.
2. I am tax payer in Bangladesh.
3. I have Credit Cards and money endorsed to my passport to make necessary expenditure while I will be in Canada.
4. I have visited India, Thailand, Malaysia,
United States (last visited in August 2017) and
Canada (last visited on August 2017 to September 2017) at my own cost.
·
Not intend to work or study in Canada unless authorized to do so
1. I was a Permanent Resident of Canada during 2010 to 2015. I never worked in Canada when I had the opportunity to work legally. So it is beyond question that I will work illegally as a visitor or if I am not authorized to do so.
·
Be law abiding and have no record of criminal activity
1. In Canada or in Bangladesh, I am always a law abiding person. I have no record of criminality or breaking law anywhere.
·
Not be a risk to the security of Canada
1. Since 2010 I am visiting Canada occassionally. Lastly I visited Canada on August 2017 and stayed there till September 2017. I was never a risk to the security of Canada. I am a law abiding professional banker and have a lovely family with my wife and a son. My son is studying at ....................University, . I intend to visit him and some other friends of mine in Toronto and return back as per the itinerary attached.
