I have CRS score of 441.. Is there any chance of invited ??

I have CRS score of 441 and submitted my application in 2018.I could see still the tie break is in 2017.Does it mean there are more people with score of 441 ? .I am not sure if the score will be lowere in coming draws

Yes it means more people sitting at 441. But you don't have to worry. You should be getting ITA in the next two draws.
