Fellow Canadians/to-be-Canadians,
My 16 year struggle comes to an end! I came as a 14 year old and finally as a 30 year old I became a citizen last week and today got my passport.
My tale is obviously not the norm. 16 years is an eternity. However, it is well worth the life you get to live in Canada.
I am thankful to finally become Canadian and am also thankful to everyone who helped me on this forum through the process. This forum is such a great place for people to ask questions and bounce ideas.
I probably won't be posting much on this forum from here on forward - but I wish all of you the best of luck!
