LMIA for an existing employee

Hey guys,

This might be a stupid question, but can an employer get an LMIA for an existing employee. I mean, I've already been working for my employer for about three months now.

I've a crs score of 430 and it seems like I'd need that LMIA to get ITA.

He just need to go regular procedure. Still need to advertise job offer in internet and than send the application.
