Proof of sibling relationship

Please find below the documents I am planning on uploading:
(1) Proof of PR/Citizenship of sibling - PR Card
(2) Proof of Residency in Canada of sibling - Planning to show bank statement, Phone bill
(3) Proof of sibling relationship - Inside of both of our passport and copies of our birth certificate
(4) Family Member Proof of Status - I'm not sure what document to upload here! Please help!!

You still need to upload PR CARD in Family Member Proof Of Status...

In a weird situation. I have my sister in Canada, who is a PR. There is a minor error in our father's name in our passport. I mean there are some spelling difference. I am from India.
Can you please tell me how can I solve it ? Affidavit from India will work or I have to have my father to make a declaration in court?

An affidavit will work and you can also mention this in the Letter of Explanation.
Or go for the birth certificates (from the Municipal office).

Back again with one more Question , today I came to know that , my sister does not have anything in her name , she is added as secondary applicant in Lease agreement and Bank (My brother in law is main) , are those acceptable by CIC ?

As far as I know Lease agreement and bank statement work as CIC wants to see that they are really in Canada but seniors please shade some lights on it.

Also in my birth certificate my dad name also has surname same goes for my sister too but in our passport surname is not there will this cause any prob

my sister lives in Canada but unfortunaly her PR card is expired . Although she has not met the reqired 2 years out of 5 years to renew her card ,she still has permanent resident status . Can I claim the 15 points for sibling , considering the fact she is not going to request new PR

You dont get CRS points for aunt.

Yes - you get points under FSW. But that doesn't help you for ITA and the EE cut off. For that you need a sibling.
