I think everyone goes through PS stage and then PACE. I think BFDs are just maximum if security results came up earlier then file will be assessed and goes to CIO for final review.

PACE stands for pass all criteria for eligibility.

Just checked my ECAS and now it has changed from application received --> in process

I wish that anyone would know the answer to this question but i believe it means that now it is going to be processed by the officer for final process. processing time... who know.. those who got ghost "updated" a week ago didnt even receive their ppr. so it could be another long wait. but at least, one more step done!

I did. I called them last week. They said you are in the queue for final review (or decision made)by the officer.
Ottawa won't send ppr until they have made their decision.
