Hi, I'm 29 years old and my crs score is 434...will be 30years old in two weeks therefore my score will decrease to 429 in two weeks :(....

I live in bc, I'm considering bcpnp+ee option but my score is 82...and cutoff these days are like around 90...

I have bcpnp nominee(non -ee) that I got last year when cut off was like around 70..., seems I can't get invitation in either express entry, and eebc...I just sent my paper application today before my nominee expire (should've done 5 months ago.:( I thought bcpnp+ee nominee would be easy but cutoff just increased these days)

I've already tried celpip 3 times...I got really good marks in reading/listening/writing,,,(between 8-12), but strangely I keep getting 6 in speaking....
I tried ielts 1 year ago, I was able to get everything above clb 7, but couldn't get high mark in reading/listeing/writing as I did in celpip....so...if I want to keep try taking English test,, which one should I go for? I made myself a rule...just to try English test once a month...so I don't waste too much money

Thanks for any advice!!!

You need CLB 9 in each section of the English test to get a good CRS. So based on this, you should decide whether you can score a CLB 9 in IELTS or CELPIP.

On my second try on celpip, I got 9/11/8/6 (L/R/W/S), if my speaking was 7 I could make it to CRS 458... the crs score system is a bit weird..but unfortunately I couldn't make my speaking to be 7....

so it doesn't everything need to be 9...in my case.....but celpip scoring system is a bit weird ......

and my third try ....was even worse.. got everything lower grade then my second try...

I get good grades in celpip except speaking, after getting 6 three times in row in speaking, I have no gut to register another exam :(.....do they keep the record and giving me the same score to get more money? probably not..but make me think this way ...

:(.....having a really bad headache now :'(

I meant CLB 9 and not a 9 band in each section....

For IELTS CLB 9 means 8,7,7,7 in LRWS
For CELPIP CLB 9 means 9,9,9,9 in LRWS

Yeah I understood what you meant...but I still don't necessarily need to get everything clb 9(that would be nice though)...only thing I need is improving my speaking in celpip if I go for celpip, otherwise ielts.......so its tricky... :(

My test attempts so far)

Ielts) 6.5/6/6/6.5(L/R/W/S) covert to clb(7/7/7/8)
1st celpip) 7/12/8/6(re-eval->speaking changed to 7)
2nd celpip) 9/11/8/6(re-eval didn't work...could make my crs 458..if speaking score was 7)
3rd celpip) 7/8/8/6 (I thought I did really good on speaking this time but wth??..my all scores gone worse..)

based on my attempt..which one should I go for?...I will not give up...but I can only try English test once a month....as it's freaking expensive!!

I only 10 more additional point to get invitation :(...I'm using my 1st celpip attempt score for my current crs btw...
