Hello,
I had applied for Express Entry last year and received my CoPR and Visa stamp couple of months ago. But, now i am getting married here in the US and my fiancee is a born US citizen. So, we are still deciding whether to live in the US or move to Canada. I had few questions regrading my entry to Canada on CoPR:

1) If i fail to enter into Canada before my CoPR deadline, then can I refile for Express Entry process in future?, If yes, then will I have any problems regarding not entering into Canada during my first CoPR?
2) Same scenario as question#1, but this time, can i refile with my spouse together?
3) Incase, if we still decide to land in Canada and get my PR card, then can I extend my CoPR entry date?
4) If I merry my fiancee in a month or two from now, then when is the latest I can add my spouse to my current CoPR application?

Any suggestions and replies regrading the above questions would be very very helpul and appreciated.

Thank you!

1) Yes you can. No penalty for the previous one
2) Yes.
3) No, it's not extendable.
4) As soon as possible. You need to get IRCC to reopen the application before it expires. Leaving it too late may mean that you lose your opportunity to add your spouse.
