very unfair dicision

i apply working in canada how many times i tried but then still refuse because they are not believe that i comeback my origin place.and have sisters in canada its very unfair the immigration dicision after requesting the police singapore cetificate that still on process they suddenly refuse my application. waste my money and time. its so unfair i give all the proof but still denied!

Have you got anything on the police certificate. Having people in Canada can sometimes hinder the application as well. They may think that you are coming here to live with your sisters. You have to have a strong SOP stating that you will return when the visa is finished. Have you got an employer with a valid LMIA? I would suggest applying for caips notes to find out the real reason. Then you can look at building a stronger case. Is that the only reason they are giving on your refusal?

im still waiting my police cert. singapore its because they give me a due date may 11. i plan to appeal. and i have bank account in my place origin which is i can withdraw all the money if i can go home.

my lmia is still valid, and im done my police singapore before but its more than a year so i need get a new one

Unfortunately, there is no appeal for a work permit refusal. You would need to reapply.

yes, i reapply but im not work for my sister i got other employer which is not my relatives. what should i do so that i got a positive result? thanks for someone c
