I got my photo done. Got a hard copy for measuring and the e-copy. The hard copy though the photographer said is meeting the Canadian requirements, when I measured the crown to chin was 3

Also, is there any restrictions on the e-copy? Since the dimensions of e-copy is usually bigger than the one given as hard copy
